Had them put new roof, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts. downspouts were large 3x5 and I will say all work was terrific. Looks great and couldn’t be happier Everything looks great and quality is superb. Brian was very thorough and his crew was above par. I would recommend them to anyone
Had gutters soffit and fascia installed.section of gutter leaked and asked 3 times to have it corrected. Was promised it would be done but never happened. No replies to emails
Exterior home remodel, all but roof. Brian is very easy to work with, responds timely, communication is very good, price is good and he’s just a nice guy. Brian was pretty much on track with anticipated start time. The crew was large for siding, windows, soffit, etc - they were done in 2 days. Gutters and downspout done shortly after, also great crew. Any problems (minor) were addressed promptly by Brian.
I called Advocate out to reroof my back porch, which was a small job. He gave me a quote of $2,700 which covered materials and flashing the facia etc. and let me know they would need to replace some of the plywood and that would be an additional $55 a sheet, so I did expect some overage. The roofers showed up on 5/2 and roofed the house. But didn’t complete the job (soffit and facia) and left scraps and sheet metal all over the yard and had obviously not run a magnet around the yard because I picked up a ton of nails, debris... read more
