We had a great experience with Advocate Construction. Our sales rep (Jordan) and Marianne (Billing Specialist) were wonderful to work with. Jordan helped make the insurance claim process easy and walked us through our statement of work so we understood what work was being done. We had siding installed in one day. Installation was good and it dramatically improved the exterior of the house. Installation crew left a bit of a mess, but Advocate personnel cleaned everything up when I notified them.
Very pleased with the entire process from start to finish...Damion was a pleasure to work with and kept me totally in the loop the entire process. Our repair tech Gabron was very professional and did a great job, even brought my trash can to the house from the curb. Great customer service.
