Extremely unprofessional and sloppy work would definitely never work with them again
A couple of representatives from Advocate came to our door and informed us that we might have damage to our roof from a recent storm and that they could do a free inspection. I was initially wary but told them to go ahead. They said we did have damage and that they thought insurance would cover a new roof for us. They convinced me to submit a claim on the spot and stated that it was a win-win for me, although I later learned that the claim stays on your record across insurance companies.
