I recently worked with Noah from Advocate on a full roof replacement, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic! Noah came highly recommended from a neighbor. He was knowledgeable, professional and made me feel at ease as he walked me through the process. I would recommend Advocate and working with Noah specifically to friends and family!
After our first meeting with Noah Anderson we knew we had found a reputable contractor who had replaced our neighbors' roofs. Our neighbors were complementary of their work. We experienced a professional job replacing our roof and gutters. Noah was always available and able to quickly answer any questions and discuss the project. He was very helpful with filing a claim with our insurance company. Very pleased with the process and the work.
The whole team from start to finish was great. The salesman I started with, James, was easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and made it painless for me. He moved positions and immediately Noah, the new salesman, stepped in and made sure the process stayed the same. I’m not normally one to leave bad reviews, but these guys are relentless solicitors. They don’t take no for an answer and actually get mad when you don’t accept their service. Terrible salesmen and so rude. STOP going door to door. If I want/need your damn service, I’ll come to you… Update: These guys just sent another solicitor to my door yesterday, 8/29. Told him no for a second time yet I have little faith he won’t try again a 3rd time. If that happens I’ll be contacting the authorities.
