Absolutely no help when needed, excessive waiting room time when all rooms in ER are open. Called to follow up after ER visit and could hear doctor googling the answers to my questions and reading word for word from google, knowing I already googled and read it myself. Prescribed medication but won’t fill out a pre authorization form to be able to get medication.
I arrived at 1am. It's 5am now. Still waiting with my pain.
I can only share my experience, and I am actually quite surprised by so many negative reviews. I can only assume that the people that take the time for a review are the ones that are mad. I came in after a bit of an embarrassing fishing accident that we could all have a laugh about. We checked in and sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes before my daughter said she felt fine and didn't need to see anyone. We left without any treatment whatsoever, not even triage. Three months later Advocate charged me $400 for sitting for 15 minutes in their waiting room without any treatment whatsoever. Advocate engages in fraudulent billing, charging for services never provided!
I have been a patient at Condell Medical Center since 2006. I always get excellent customer service. The doctors are very thoughtful and the doctors do a great job.
