My husband recently had a hip replacement and stayed overnight on East 2. He had excellent care, doctors and nurses were very responsive and the OT given before his release very good. He could not have been more impressed with the hospital and staff that took care of him. He would give more than five stars if he could. Thank you!
I got transferred here all the way from Aurora! The doctors I spoke to in the ER were nice and so were nurses. But oh, how things changed when I got to the 2nd floor. It takes nurses 2 hrs to answer the call light! I'm on bed rest so I can't get out of the bed , but I had to because they were taking so long. Also, Dr. Waston from the trauma service piece of work! My wife is a geriatric LPN in Lake County and has sent patients here for years. She is very pleased with how her patients. Have been treated. Dr Choi is her Primary care provider at Condell and is very please. I personally have been to their ER 4 times, had 3 procedures performed and 1 hospital stay. The staff, facilities and care are top notch. Today I had a cardiac catheterization procedure today and was extremely pleased. I was taken to my room immediately upon checking in.
