Walk-in clinic....nope. You better make an appointment, but even if you make an appointment, don't count on anyone being there or on time. Been trying to get the second step of a simple immunization for weeks. I've been in three times, waited almost two hours the first time because staff just didn't show up that morning. The whole situation was entirely bizzare and it felt like the PA was clueless as to what was going on. Other two times I made the trip to walk-in but nobody was there. Couldn't be seen. Wish I could give no stars. The website clearly states they take walk ins. All I needed was my flu shot. I got there and no one was waiting. The dr came out and I told him I need a flu shot. He told me he was booked for the night and to go to the pharmacy. Well the pharmacy doesnt take HMO insurance, which is what I have. So I go back to the Dr who still doesnt have a patient and he tells me I needed to make an appointment. Why would it say you take walk ins if you clearly dont. What a waste of time and gas . We have been here several times and have seen different nurse practitioners. Each one has been friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. Every experience has been good and our medical needs have been met.
