What in the actual fork is going on at this location? My appointment was canceled two days in a row?!?! Do they actually serve ANY patients? At this point, I would take mediocre / terrible service over NO service. This is so entirely unacceptable. Will NEVER give them a chance again. RUN elsewhere, anywhere else!

I honestly try to give places who have bad reviews the benefit of the doubt, but this Advocate Clinic sure did live up to the ratings it has. I scheduled my PCR COVID test last week for Friday October 21, 2022. I show up and to my surprise the clinic was closed. I got in the long line for the Walgreens pharmacy and the staff there did not have one clue about what goes on in the clinic. Horrible. I showed up at the time of my appointment and spent 10 minutes trying to find someone to talk to/answer my questions and checking in on the broken tablet. Then was told that they can't help me because I was late. I URGENTLY needed a strep test before seeing my immunocompromised mother for her wedding occuring in two days. This is relevant because my mother contracted a strep infection in her twenties which went untreated due to similar negligence and discrimination I experienced today: she ended up terminally ill. ... read more
