Tried to book an appointment last week and the girl Jackie (who I had to pry for her name because she wasn’t wearing a badge let alone anything that signifies that she worked there) said she was going on break. No explanation and just left me standing there. I dumbly decided to wait, and she comes back maybe 40 minutes later, doesn’t acknowledge me, walks right into the back room and slams the door shut. Terrible. Avoid this place.
Terrible. Avoid this place.
Called in to make sure they’re still accepting patients and the lady told me they are. I come in five minutes after and the nurse tells me she’s done for the day and not accepting anyone else. So don’t trust them especially if you’re on a time crunch.
Very poor experience. I live 30 minutes away and had a 5pm appointment. We unfortunately were stuck in traffic on I-80. I walked in at 5:11 and checked in at check-in computer (no desk or assistance when checking in). By the time I checked in completely it was around 5:13pm. The receptionist walked out a few minutes later and said we are past the 10 minute waiting window and can’t be seen.
