I'm quite sick, and after sharing my personal information to the kiosk there are no appointments available. I'd like to know that before telling y'all my business.
I arrived early afternoon. There was a sign indicating they were open. The kiosk was not working, so I could not check in. I waited about 20 minutes. A female employee finally exited one of the exam rooms and I asked if there were any appointments available. She said there were no appointments because the Nurse Practioner is not in. How are they open if they can't serve customers/see patients? Total waste of time.
Horrible. I came in for an ear ache. The Nurse Practitioner Miriam, asked me if I was interested in getting vaccinated. I told her no thank you and tried to explain that I believe I was experiencing an upper respiratory infection or ear infection. Miriam then went on to tell me how her entire family was vaccinated and that the only people who are "Uneducated or Trump supporters" aren't interested in getting the vaccine. Awesome experience from start to finish. Was going to walk in and when I called there was a 6pm appt available so I took it. I was able to sit in my car until I was called in and was able to go directly to the office. Jenice (sp) was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. She also gave me a tip that I'd never been given regarding antibiotics and how to prevent yeast infections after taking them AND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK! You could tell that she genuinely cared.
