Outrageous this is considered a legitimate medical care location. Had a confirmed appointment at 0900. Nobody shows up to open the clinic. No staff to talk to aside from Walgreens who said they’re not affiliated, but didn’t seem surprised. Called Advocate’s main number and spoke to two people who said they just work from home and don’t know what to tell me about seeing the doctor I had confirmed a visit with. Sat waiting forever, no one else was here. Could here the "nurses" chit chatting in the room the whole time. One of them finally called me in, "we didn't know you were here" (signed in on the kiosk 30 minutes before). Then they told me they can't even do the test I came from and that they left me a voicemail (they didn't leave me a voicemail). One star isn't a low enough rating -25 out of 10. Avoid this location.

Told by my doctor’s office to go to a clinic. Tuesday night. No practitioner. I was told just to come back. Was not told to book an appointment. Tonight. No one waiting. Told she can’t see me bc an appointment arriving soon. No one in the waiting room. It’s probably literally a 30-second thing to determine if I need an antibiotic for an infected blister. She can book an appointment for me later or some place else. Told drop-in isn’t how it works. Well tell all the doctors and others bc the clinic is advertised as such. Nope.... read more
