Was able to schedule an appointment for right when it opened. No major issues with the appointment or doctor. However, I specifically asked what the estimated charge was before I proceeded since I currently had no insurance. I was told an amount and the doctor was very confident about what I should be paying. I received a bill saying I owed almost 3 times what I had been quoted. Super rude, belittling to patients, would never recommend
Disorganized, unprofessional service practitioners make using this service an awful experience. Prepare yourself for long waits, confusing scheduling, and even more confused billing. There is no reason to go here if you have insurance, they bill the same as an office visit to a doctors office, or urgent care (at least in my case) and the level of care offered it increasingly sub-par.
Absolutely horrible! 6 people waiting in line for this clinic and at 920 a.m. nobody has opened the clinic yet. Manager is sick of apologizing for their inadequance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
