Let me start off saying I'm a member of advocate and I'm very happy with it. But I'll never use their facility in Walgreens again. I wasn't able to see my Dr for my headache and throat pain so advocate made app at this clinic. Ugh! There's no Dr., you start off with a medical assistant? She gave me a covid test( which I swear was like she was whipping cream in my nostrils 😵💫). Got a throat culture, then took vitals. Then nurse came on video conference. DO NOT GO HERE. WITH OR WITHOUT INSURANCE. ABSOLUTE SCAM. THESE CLINICS HAVE CHANGED DRASTICALLY SINCE COVID $170 minimum out of pocket for a video chat. So much was wrong. These are the broad strokes. For starters my confirmed appointment that I made in advance was no where to be found. Could not rate this place worse. Showed up within the 10 minute time frame but they closed and were gone by the time I got here. I called the 800 number and the woman just told me they left. I said I wanted to leave feedback and she gave me the same 800 number I called her on. Terrible service.
Don’t go! Absolutely horrible. I don’t even know why this is connected to Advocate. Tried scheduling twice and it was canceled. They don’t even deserve a star.
They were the only place I could get in on short notice… now I know why.
