I have been going here for three years and have had a wonderful experience. I had a horrible ear infection on Friday night and was watching my three children. I decided to wait till 6 PM to go to the Walgreens clinic because they’ve always been able to help with ear, infections and ear irrigation. When I arrived with my children, they told me that they no longer staff the facility with a nurse practitioner, and that I would meet with her virtually. The doctor was very nice and super helpful got me in and out in about 30 minutes. Would recommend
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They are deceitful and lazy. We scheduled an appointment for a sports physical and were refused service when we arrived, because the NP "decided" it should be done by a PCP. They said they called and left a message, which they did NOT. They said they didn't have the forms, so I produced them. They looked at each other then said our forms required x rays, which they did NOT. Went to CVS Minute Clinic, where people actually want to work and help patients, to have physical done. The only reason we came here was because our pediatrician's office is closed on Sunday and we needed a physical completed before Monday morning for my daughter's school work permit. The provider was condescending and incredibly rude. She tried her best NOT to help us, making it as difficult as possible to complete the appointment. She misled us about Advocate policies and lied about what is allowed under law. How does Advocate employ people like this? She was unhelpful and had terrible customer experience skills.
