Dr's and staff is very much caring and understanding! They have great service! Sitting at a dentist chair while being pregnant with morning sickness is not fun at all, but they are so understanding and helpful, they was not pushing it. Constantly asking me questions about how I'm feeling, and if they need to stop the procedure if I'm not feeling too well just shows they care!
Anna the NP was best I ever had. On time, decisive, friendly and thorough. She made getting sick as good as it could be.
Ver poor experience would never recommend. Same day went to another immediate care and got proper treatment.
Despite having my insurance info for 4 hours before I arrived, they waited until I got there to tell me that not only will they not take Medicaid, but also I couldn’t pay out of pocket for anything or I would lose my benefits (which isn’t true.) I was seen less than a year ago at the same clinic for a covid test and strep throat test and paid out of pocket. Why waste my entire day, not treat me for anything, and tell me they could refer me somewhere when if the website explained they didn’t take Medicaid I could have made an... read more
I made an appointment online (which was an easy process). I wish I remember the xlinician's name (I want to say Sharita) because she went above and beyond to make the appointment go well. I was very grateful for her care.
