Nurse Christina was sincere, kind, and caring towards our 2 year old. She went out of her way on several occasions to provide comfort to her while she was getting treatment. Dr. Finch also showed compassion and kindness even when remote. We were drop-ins and traveling, the care and professionalism we received today was superb. I'd give zero stars if I could. I was twice quoted a price for a simple test and 3 weeks later was billed 4 times the promised cost, then given the runaround for months trying to correct. Seems the business model is to overcharge you and the insurance company. Absolutely reprehensible.
