I was feeling extremely unwell during my visit, and to make matters worse, the worker wasn't properly prepared to assist me. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable—dirty and unsanitary, with a strong odor that made it difficult to use. After this experience, I have no intention of returning again.
Advocate lets you make appointments for flu/covid testing at their clinics even when the clinics are closed and dont have tests available. Obviously people coming in for tests feel sick, it's so messed up that they would waste our time and effort when we already feel bad. This has happened to me twice now, and I think it's a despicable oversight.
This clinic is so ridiculously expensive and inefficient. I went for some medicines for a cold, waited half an hour, and it turned out a visit by iPad with the nurse on the other end of the video. And it could be offline anytime you leave the room, then you will need to re-enter the line for the nurse. The bill is also ridiculous! They even charge a new patient fee of $170! I really not recommend it.
They only have one person working and I’ve been waiting over an hour and I scheduled my appointment prior.
