Made an online appointment this morning to have my 3 year old seen for 630pm and they call me an hour before he is scheduled to be seen and cancelled it saying they won’t see patients under age 7. Terrible communication.
Do NOT waste your time. This is advertised as appt only but you can also walk-in per an Advocate representative over the phone. If you do not have an appt, find another immediate care facility!! Because I was a walk-in, I was unsure how to “add” myself to a list because their check in station is only for appts. Walgreens employees, specifically the pharmacy, were absolutely useless in helping. They stated they didn’t have answers because they weren’t associated with the clinic. I had a great experience with Dr Park today. I’ve been looking around for a place that would do a thorough exam and although we didn’t find the root cause of my sinus infection and bronchitis today, he did rule a lot of things out and did everything he could to help me and answer all of my questions, which at the end of the day was reassuring.
