I was Leary of going to this clinic due to the negative reviews online. To my surprise I was treated kindly and my medical issue was addressed to my satisfaction. I will recommend this location to others due to my experience.
I have been to this clinic 3 times when I wasn't able to get in at my PCP's office. Easy to schedule appointment on the website. Most I've waited to be seen was 5 minutes. The provider I saw each time was knowledgeable. Would definitely be seen here again.
I was there on November 27th at 10:45 AM and I will say the nurse there is the rudest nastiest person I have ever delt with.I was so pissed that I walked out without being seen.I have been there a few other time and never got treated like that.I read other reviews and they all say the same.Iam gonna go higher up and report her.GET RID OF HER.my regular doctor is advocate.I will never be seen at the mchenry Walgreens walk in clinic .
The NP whom we've never seen before made us go to my daughters Pediatrician because my Grandmother had heart problems. That's my Daughters Great Grandmother. This would of been our forth physical with them & it was never a problem before. She didn't care what l had to say. We had to wait over an hour with no one else there.
