I can see why walgreens is closing. Went to 2 in the des Plaines area and neither could do a walkin appt. Stores empty and no customers at the pharmacy. What's the point of a walkin appt or "urgent care" if you can't see anyone? Waste of time.
I had such a great experience using this clinic. The tech or MA, Lisa, was one of a kind! She made sure the entire thing went smoothly and the doctor got the right information. The doctor was also very personably and made sure all of my questions were answered! I will definitely return if i ever need to.
Been in the advocate clinic on Arlington and golf bunch of times over the years and have nothing but positive experience. Today I had to use this one. You can say it will be unpleasant experience as soon as you see people working here. First you you gotta see really unpleasant lady that takes your vitals and force you to do swipe test because they “will suggest it” and then you see a lady with Indian decent you can barely understand.
