Sent my little sister here because she had a high fever and cough for days and I’ve always had good experiences with Walgreens clinics and the rn/np/dr (wish I knew but she never even introduced herself to my sister) was so rude. Instead of taking any vitals or temperature she made my sister feel stupid for even coming in when she was just hoping for any guidance. We were able to get an appointment quickly. The nurse was ready for us a few minutes early and the entire visit was very thorough. A prescription was ordered during the visit and it was ready as soon as the visit was over. This is way better than the typical urgent care experience.
This place is a waste of money. I was treated, the medication didn't work, and instead of just prescribing the secondary medication they required that I went to an urgent care clinic. Don't waste your time. Go to an urgent care, they cost roughly the same and you'll get real medical care.
Daughter was diagnosed with “allergies” by a doctor working via iPad. Well, the family all came down with contagious “allergies” and are all sick now. “Nurse” on site couldn’t have been more rude and difficult.
Wouldn’t waste your time or money at this location nurse there is ignorant as can be waits around for 30 mins to see anyone. Waited for an hour she sees other people first. Taking personal phone calls instead of seeing people.
