Yesterday (August 1, 2025), I dropped off my husband and our 4.5-month-old son for his second sleep study. His first study, conducted at the Christ Hospital Outpatient Center on 95th Street, was a very positive experience. The technician there was incredibly kind, gentle, and supportive — especially helpful in easing my husband’s nerves and keeping our baby comfortable. My daughter went in for a sleep study on 9/24/25. It was her second time. I was unable to stay with her due to my work schedule so she had a friend stay with her. Al was the person on duty to assist with my daughter for the night. She immediately called me and stated she was uncomfortable on how Al was treating her. He first stated she can't have someone stay with her overnight which is not accurate. Secondly he was so rude and mean to her mind you she is a teenager.
