Their customer service is awful trying to get a genetic test for someone is very impossible. They cannot contact my doctor and nobody has gotten back to me. Very disappointed in my experience here as I was a great patient for the first time and tried to refer my family member and they cannot follow through with scheduling them or figuring things out. I’ll have to go to another affiliated hospital
