I don't know why the bad reviews, everyone was nice there
This office needs a tune-up. I started my process 4/4/2025 and took until 12/24/2025 to complete a mammogram and biopsy. The worst part was the horrific infection that developed after the biopsy. After talking with Natalie a few days I expressed that I was has quite a bit of pain at the incision. I was told use ice. I called back 12/31/2025 to speak with Natalie and left a message. Did not receive a return call until 01/05/2026. I had contacted my own Dr. And was able to get on antibiotics because I had a SEVERE infection. T... read more
I'm very surprised to see the low ratings. I have no complaints at all. I've only had very good service here. The staff has always been pleasant, caring and attentive to my needs. We're all human and subject to mistakes. Thank you to the staff for all that you do.
