Siempre estaré agradecida con este hospital porque fue el único después de andar en 3 países que le dio una esperanza a mi hija y a su corazón, ahí fue operada a corazón abierto y la experiencia con TODO el personal ha sido excelente, pero si tengo que hablar de una sola persona hablaría del cardiólogo una excelente persona y doctor. Muy agradecida! 🤍 Aunque yo no hablo inglés en ningún momento tuve problemas con el idioma ya que tienen intérpretes.

I tried calling the pediatric emergency room to see if I should bring my 2year old daughter in because of her breathing 1/7/26 at 11:36, who ever you assign to answer the phone is very rude and unprofessional! You never know what someone is going through! Please train your staff to have common courtesy or just a little bit of empathy and respect especially when you are answering the phone.
