I've had aweful experiences ranging from general incompetence to outright discrimination. Recency however, I took my elderly client to the urgent care, they sent him to the er, who continued to bungle an arthritis flare, and kept medical transportation from coming for over 3 hrs. They don't caregiver instructions, nor do they take seriously their obligation to the community. This is an unaccountable health system. Proceed with caution
Spent 30 minutes on the phone with central scheduling (you can no longer call the clinic directly) with the most incompetent scheduling rep I have ever encountered. She kept placing me on hold for absolutely no reason, and could not for the life of her schedule an appt for me. I ended up hanging up after 30 minutes because it was clear I was getting nowhere.
