I’m horrible to see all the reviews have the same complaints as I do when I saw Dr Palermo . Besides the one review praising her probably written by her . She is insensitive and dismissive . When I saw her she decided to side step the reason for my visit and just be rude . As a young adult transferring from pediatrics and handling my own medical care it’s extremely difficulty when your met with such resistance out of the gate and what’s supposed to be that transfer from pediatric to young adult . I have been at this practice since I was born! Cannot say enough amazing things about the staff. Dr. Waxman and Dr. Palermo are both two of the best!!
Not sure why there is bad reviews on Dr. Palermo. I saw her for years before I had to switch health insurances in which she still worked with me through a very tough time in my life. She’s definitive with her answers and doesn’t sugar coat anything which I appreciated immensely. I’ll always be thankful to have had a doctor like her.
Glad to see I am not the only one who saw Dr. Palermo is completely dismissive. I never went back after my last visit because after asking a few questions she gave me the most basic answers that are common sense when obviously I was seeking a more educated answer. She doesn't seem to know much and is not helpful whatsoever, don't recommend.
The woman at the front desk (who answers the phone for both pediatrics and young adults) is disrespectful and unprofessional.
