Doctors are nice and mean well but ultimately incompetent. Staff overbooks appointments so you wait around a long time to be seen. We waited for an hour past our appointment time and finally the doctor came in and after a quick exam of our child, said we need to go to urgent care for a chest x-ray. We drove 12 miles to an urgent care, waited another hour… $70 in copays later, urgent care doctor says we don’t need a chest x-ray and prescribed antibiotics (which the Advocare doctor should have done in the first place).
I've been going here for 7 years now. They will no longer see my kids because they are unvaccinated. Previously I wrote this review because of their long wait times and very short attention to patients. In addition to their new unvaccinated discrimination policy, they will also charge you for an additional sick visit if you kid happens to have a symptom during a well visit. They over prescribe antibiotics that destroy kids' microbiome, yet also tell you to take a probiotic with the antibiotic to reduce loose stools. At the s... read more
Been going to this practice for 10 yrs and they never disappoint. Never have long wait times and you are always in and out and the staff that I have dealt with are so nice and work well with my daughter!
Excellent care from our nurse practitioner- she was personable and instructional with my 10 year old son, minimal wait all around
