Dr LaFranco was so kind and made my child feel at ease. She spoke directly to my 6 year old and addressed all questions we had. She didn’t rush us. Thank you!
I’m furious about my experience with this practice. I scheduled an appointment for my kids because we just moved and needed a new doctor. I’m extremely upset and disappointed with what’s going on here. I made the appointment through Zocdoc in the morning, around 8 am, and by 11 am, I got a message saying my appointments were canceled.
