We’ve been extremely happy with the care we have received over the past two years here for our son. Especially their availability for short notice sick visits. The staff is super friendly and competent and all of the doctors are great!
As both a parent and a board-certified family nurse practitioner, I was shocked by how this practice treated my family. My stepchildren, Cole and Leo, had appointments to establish care that were abruptly canceled less than one business day before—no explanation, no call. Then, on Nov 8, I received a FedEx Overnight letter dated Nov 7 terminating my infant daughter from the practice, despite her being fully insured and due for her 2nd flu shot on Nov 24. I was excited to bring my daughter here, but I was extremely disappointed to learn that they don’t accept patients without insurance, even when I offered to self-pay as I have done at other places. It’s frustrating that this option wasn’t available, especially when many people prefer or need to pay out of pocket. It seems like a poor practice to turn away patients willing to cover their expenses, and I hope they reconsider this policy in the future.
They said they weren't taking new patients but yet wanted to run down what I didn't have for.thw appt.lady why did you even waste your breath?
We have taken my daughter here and we really like all the providers and staff. They don’t have an in house lab which would make life a little easier.
