DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. They transferred ownership, lost all my files and refuse to refill my prescription without an office visit, which costs $130 per visit if you mention ANYTHING at all during a primary care visit. The incredibly rude nurse also said my prescription is required to have a visit every 3 months for this and that’s been the “state law” however I only went once a year before. They rude, condescending, lose your medical history and are crooks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Love my doctor and how well she listens. I feel completely comfortable here speaking about my issues and how to solve them. I've come a long way all thanks to my doctor! I would highly recommend this place to any one struggling to find a doctor that is easy to talk to and quick service (never waiting in the waiting room for longer then 5 minutes). I have been visiting this office for several years. I love everyone here, especially Erin Chini, APN. She is always extremely professional, yet warm, welcoming and caring. I have seen her for everything from minor ailments, all the way up to debilitating issues and she has always made me feel better. The entire staff at this location is wonderful. On the morning of my appointment I showed up 15 minutes prior and went to the front desk to check in. I told her who I was was then told I had a balance on my account of $76.00. I asked whats the balance for? She said for a co-pay. I told her that I did not have a co-pay. That's when she said it was from six years ago. I asked why is this the first time I am hearing about it? She tried to explain to me that they were audited and it came up.
