Ive been taking my kids here for years but lately its so hard to get an appointment even with them adding a new dr to the group. Im a single mom, I literally can not afford to take off of work for an appointment and they close at 4pm which is what time I get done work. I scheduled an appointment for 2 out of my 4 kids for spring break bc they won't allow me to schedule all my kids on the same day for some reason, then they called me the next day to cancel my appt. Only thing I have to say don't plan on doing anything else for the day when you have an appointment. Came in at 135pm for a 145 appointment planning for hopefully no longer then an hour. Been here for 2 hours where we were seen for a minute had drops put in (told we need to wait for the drops to work) and waited over an hour. I wouldn't know what to say about the doctor cause we only saw him so briefly.
Love this place , the girls are amazing and very helpful. The Dr is very good and gets to the point . Check them out
I have a 7 month old who was seen by the doctor and a two-year-old with me. I will say for sure He should not be a pediatric doctor as he does not know how to handle young children. That was a terrible experience. I will not return to this office.
