Been bring my twins here since birth & recently the staff has changed and they suck!! They never have your insurance correct or the copay, they have a nasty attitude. I will be changing ASAP. I would not recommend them to anyone.
RecommendedMost of the midwives here are super nice and encouraging and want to give you advice and help you. Martinez on the other hand was nothing but rude and insensitive. Moving forward I will request NOT to see her. If it weren’t for the other women at this place I would leave completely.
While the nurse practitioner and nurse I saw were okay, the office policies, which they don't inform you of prior to visitation, are absolutely ridiculous. I had to argue with their billing department who insisted I pay a co-pay even though my co-pay doesn't begin until my deductible is met. After my first visit I was mailed a copy of their 'global maternity billing policy' which basically said I needed to pay up front ($300) every month until I delivered, and then that would be applied to my bill. RecommendedCouldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful doctors, midwives, and APN at this office. After a stressful pregnancy and a very traumatic delivery, I would not go anywhere else. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a new OBGYN !!
