Dr. Gwyn Poblete is an amazing pediatrician and lactation consultant! She is incredibly patient, professional, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She never rushes through appointments and truly cares about her patients. Overall, we love Advocare Pediatrics. Dr. Cahill is awesome and the front desk staff and nurses are all super friendly and helpful. I was extremely disappointed with my experience yesterday with NP Josephine. I brought my 22 month old son in for a sick visit. She completely dismissed my concerns and her demeanor was undermining. I was deeply disappointed to learn that my child was given a vaccine without my consent. As a parent, I believe clear communication and informed decision-making are essential in healthcare, and this experience has broken my trust. Unfortunately, we will no longer be patients here, and I sincerely wish we had chosen a different provider from the start.
We have been with the pediatric practice for over 12 years and couldn’t be happier. We have always felt comfortable with the entire staff and team from scheduling appointment to working with the nurses and doctors. They take time to listen and answer all questions.
