I have always been very happy with the care provided there
I've been here for over 15 years. I previously saw Dr. Levin and left a 2 star review because her cold demeanor turned me off. However, she has since retired and now I see Dr. Rebecca and she is SO nice and lovely. I'm updating my review to 4 stars. In the past I could get in pretty quickly, and the front desk was easy to reach. However, they have shifted to some type of call center and at times is hard to get anyone on the phone. Called and called they kept saying call back. Finally someone said they were closed for the holiday on the 23rd. Really? The 23rd? After calling from 730am till 1230pm. I guess ill just be sick with no meds till they reopen the 28th?
Doctor was ok..billing was a nightmare...have paid them in full..still they come back with old transactions...have no customer support service .....beware they look shady
