The front desk was friendly, professional and welcoming. My appointment with Michael was great. He explained the process step by step. Made sure I understood and was comfortable before I left. Gave instructions to contact if any issues or questions. Would highly recommend to family and friends
Excellent in the practice of Audiology.
Excellent experience. Audiologist was excellent in every way. Took her time, answered all questions, made it an easy decision to trial a set of hearing aids. And I was excited at what I learned and will have much more willingness to get these in the likely near future. I will, and already have recommended Advocare Hearing to others.
I bought my hearing aids there and am satisfied with them. However I find the office very unhelpful if you need help or have a problem. I would never use them again
