As many other reviewers have stated, we wanted to space out the vaccines for our newborn and not have 3 or 4 done at once. This office was NOT tolerant of this and quite frankly was rude about it. We switched to the Cornerstone Pediatrics office, which has been nothing but fantastic.
best staff esp Dr Sheena, we've been going to this office for over 18 years. everyone is so friendly and professional!
Anytime my son is sick, they get him in to see the doctor within hours!! Thanks so much for that!!they are always accommodating!! Had my 3 kids go here, and i was a patient here a long time ago of Dr. Schlitt, the Father of the current 5 Dr. Shlitt’s (sorry if I got that wrong!!)
The lady at the front desk Rose was ignorant and rude when checking my daughter in. Her insurance came back as inactive so I asked if I could have a bill for my daughters sick appointment today because I’m waiting on the new insurance cards and she folded her arms and said well no you already have a balance for your son and canceled the appointment where we were supposed to give you paperwork for a payment plan. I think if your working in a pediatric office maybe you should be a little nicer.
