I had an appointment with Dr. Yan. Her bio says she treats IBS. Within the first few minutes she informed me that prior authorizations for medications would only be completed with in person visits. My Insurance requires prior authorizations for my IBS medications. Had I known she doesn’t complete prior authorizations for telehealth patients, I would’ve found different provider because her office is too far from me. Overview:I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy. They are inefficient, lack knowledge and will not answer your calls. Prior to the appointment I asked if they could do an x ray. They said they could. On Friday I went to the appointment, they lied they don’t do x rays in house. During the appointment I asked for an MRI on my knee for my injury and they claimed they could give me an answer on my knee tear via x ray. If you ever need to do medical examinations for immigration services, avoid this place at any cost. The first thing they do is charge your bank account before they start the paperwork. Dr Yan charged me for an incomplete service and was being very unreasonable and unprofessional. She hang the phone up as I try to explain to her my situation.
