The hours posted are wrong - I showed up at 4:50pm on Friday, and the doors were locked. To be clear, I did not have an appointment, but needed to pick up some paperwork. I tried calling, but got "the office is closed" message.
Very pleasant staff. Listened well and followed up with my concerns. Highly recommend.
