I rarely write reviews, but had to respond to the negative comments here. All three of our kids have been patients of the West Chester location from birth. Care has been outstanding. We've never once felt rushed during an appointment. The doctors know our kids and will ask for updates on the ones who've gone off to college.
This is about the Broomall office. Where to start...well, let's see. For evening appointments, I would wait for an hour in the waiting area and then an hour in the examination room. Some of the female doctors are extremely condescending and rude to the point where I have cringed when I found out I was seeing a specific one. And, $25 for each child to get your records???? Really? Im very disappointed, the whole experience was horrible, front desk is rude, nurses and doctors don't have time for you
Puppy mill medicine for children. If you want to have next to no personal interaction from your children's doctor, rude and barely checked in front desk staff and a billing department that has the warmth of a Russian mobster...this is the place for you.
