Dr Lin isvery nice very caring . i am really proud for her work.
I had to have my son seen day off and Kathy and Dr. Lin fit my son right in. I felt so comfortable there: while in the waiting room talking with Kathy and in the back with the Dr. They were thorough and right to the point. It was a great experience, we usually are seen in W. CH which is also a great place. We see Dr Ng who is the literal BEST!
I would never take my kids to this place anymore. I had the worst experience with the PA, Sunita Jani. If you are not happy to interact with kids since this place is a pediatric find another job . She is very unprofessional and unhappy to do the job. The staff are also very unprofessional. None of them don’t know how to deal with patients. I have been going to this location since I was a child. Now I bring my child to this same doctors office and it has been nothing but pleasant. There is no problem with getting a same day sick appointment. The doctors are very friendly and amazing with the children. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable at all. I would recommend them to anyone!! Also, the wait times are so quick!
