Kristina zeliff. Avoid this nurse practitioner. If she messes up prescription from your usual Dr here, she will not fix it nor will she even have anyone return calls to fix it. Doesn't matter is she leaves you without medication for several days. Just avoid her.. Everyone else is great, but she is leaving me without medication while I'm away for two weeks for a holiday. Ignorant and has no right to adjust refill dates on patients who regularly see real doctors there
Absolutely horrible, no real doctors in the joint. Horrible attitudes from the minute you walk in. Doctors (physicians assists) are worse. One PA. Told me it takes 4-6 weeks to get over the common cold. Then they bills your Ins. For things they claim they did. Your better going to the minute clinic. Don't GO!!! Unless you want be treated rude and leave sicker than you walked in. There's junkies standing in the parking lot. I’ve never had an issue with this office until now. My husband has been dealing with a medical problem since Xmas. He’s been to the Berlin office twice now. He was prescribed some medications the first time which didn’t deal with the issue. He actually stopped taking one medication because it wasn’t helping and was making him loopy. He returned for another appointment and was given a script for different meds, some X-rays, and physical therapy. Patient service is non-existent... When visiting a doctor last year for my limited 5 to 10 actual minutes of facetime, what I don't need is him checking his Apple watch every other minute! Counted 5 separate checks to the watch! Rude, unprofessional, NOT patient 1st, head not in game, etc... Additionally they have extreme difficulty calling in correct scripts/refills, often calling incorrect meds(from other doctors/specialist, some schedule 2!!) without even checking if correct... This is a 3rd grade outfit at best... So bad... read more
