BJ McKay of ADVISA spoke at a corporate event I hosted last week in Indianapolis. He spoke about building trust in relationships with customers, and our audience raved about his talk. Heather presented at our annual conference in Indianapolis. . Heather was our keynote speaker addressing change in the workplace. Heather’s session was interactive and our group was engaged as she discussed the way we communicate change and how we listen. Most of the audience are owners of their agencies and commented on how insightful and recognized how they can improve on addressing change at their own company. We have had many speakers over the years but none as well received as Heather Hass.
When I applied for the Leadership Diversity Scholarship- I truly thought it was a long shot. I was beyond thrilled and honored to learn alongside some of the areas top leaders. Together we learned more about ourselves and how we can improve our leadership impact within our organizations. Thank you Advisa! I 10/10 highly recommend!
