Everyone has taken incredible care of my mother. I love the staff. They are caring.
My mother has lived at HarborChase for 5 years. All the staff are caring and helpful. My mother tells everyone that this is her home. She enjoys the wonderful home cooked meals. I dont agree with the other comments. I always recommend HarborChase to anyone looking at retirement communities.
5-21-2010 at 815am I just tried calling Harbor Chase and no one answered at the front desk. The message said I had reached them after hours. Its Saturday morning, someone should be at the front desk!!!!! How can I check on my family if no one answers the phone!?
I put my father in the Assisted Living Unit at he "highest level of care. in August 2009" Although we paid for the most assistance, I sat in his room from 7:20 am until 12:45 pm the first day after admission and no one even opened his door. He was incontinent, not fed breakfast or lunch, not even checked on!!!!! He could not press the call light or call for help!
