Give me a real reply if you actually want to assist me, not just smoke in mirrors and automated replies. Edit: Don't be fooled by their BS response. I have banked at advia for about 20 years and it's overall a great place. I've had issues with some things in the past but they have also gone out of their way on other occasions. So I guess no matter where you bank there's going to be issues pop up but at least with advia I know they will work with me to get it resolved
This place is in bed with WalMart. I accidentally clicked "yes" on the CC screen and it used $20 worth of points to remove $10 off the bill. They say they cannot do anything about that. BS. They could totally cut me a $10 check or give me $10 worth of points back but they refuse to. That's just terrible customer service. Apparently, they don't understand that there's other credit unions around the area. I guess I'll need to close my accounts. It's a shame, I was about to refinance my house with them...
