Excellent selection of merchandise, but the personnel in the bicycle department are discouraging and dismissive of even general bike-related questions. I have had much better experience with the crew in at the Eureka location, and will gladly take the extra time to do my business there.
Exelent experience purchasing a new bicycle. Kind, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. Worked to find the right bike for me.
One cannot ask for a better and more helpful crew. They are awesome
Super awesome local business, they are so helpful and have a cool selection. Lots of reviews about unfriendly staff but has never been my experience and I would guess there’s been turnover. The guy in there today was eager to help and was training the other employee to do the same and understand the business.
