Came in with an E-bike that had a blown tire, trying to get home and no way to travel other than the bike. The older gentleman in the back didn't even take the time to identify the issue, immediately turned me away claiming he couldn't "lift the bike". This business even has an E-bike certification on the door and yet couldn't give me 5 minutes of consideration. Will never shop here again, terrible customer service.
This store not only sells bikes and outdoor equipment of all types, it has a great choice of outdoor shoes. We went to three other shops in the area and no other had the selection and sizes we needed. We also had great service from Eric who listened and paid attention to what we wanted. He found excellent shoes for us, never made us feel rushed and was genuinely happy that we were happy with our purchase and the whole experience. The shoes were even on sale!!! We will always start at this store for all out outdoor needs.
Excellent selection of merchandise, but the personnel in the bicycle department are discouraging and dismissive of even general bike-related questions. I have had much better experience with the crew in at the Eureka location, and will gladly take the extra time to do my business there.
Exelent experience purchasing a new bicycle. Kind, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. Worked to find the right bike for me.
