we call to make an appointment for 6 ppl. 2 adults 4 kids. he tells me 2pm then on the phone he says it's not available we will have to do the 4pm. ok we live 2 hours away we will just wait the 2 extra hours. so we get there and they didn't schedule the right amount of ppl. so we pay after they "fixed" it. wait some more. then we go and are literally gearing up. our kids are so excited. they come and get us in front of everyone saying we didn't pay for everyone he needs to talk to us. so we go back up stairs. he says AGAIN w... read more
