So I own a camper that they rent. Up till now have had no issues. However last week I informed them that I sold the camper and would be picking it up on Monday. They then informed me that it was rented 2 times in June and that I have to allow them to use the camper for those rentals. I told them that was no an option however I would find a replacement camper for those dates. Excellent service! Perfectly running and clean RV - We were a bit late for pick up but they were super understanding! Also Seth was a very solid guy and super helpful! Would 100% recommend this place !
We rented the RV 3 to go back east for a family reunion. Was very clean and refrigerator was already cold for our food. They went over everything on how to run slide outs and how to dump tanks. Was very pleased and had a great vacation. Will rent from then again. Thank you Adventure West for a great trip
Unfortunately, we had a poor experience renting the FR3 by Forest River from Adventure West RV Rental. This unit is worn out. Furthermore, I did not feel the rental company held up their obligations of the contract with regard to items provided and cleanliness. We sent a lengthy list of issues to the company. Their offer for compensation was barely 5% of our total rental cost. I told them that was insufficient. They were unresponsive so I'm having to deal with this through my credit card company.
