I had a disappointing experience at Adventure Watersports in Grand Haven. I was looking for a company that rented jet skis on lake Michigan near the Grand Rapids area, and this was the closest option. I made a reservation over the phone and was looking forward to having some fun on the lake. I'm an experienced boater, I've owned a few boats and jet skis throughout my life, and I even have a “certificate of personal watercraft operation”, from NASBLA which is just a fancy term for a boating license for jet skis. My family and I rented a motorboat this past weekend in South Haven and we had an amazing time. The customer service provided by Andrew was amazing. He ensured that we were set up to enjoy the day to the fullest. Great people. Highly recommend this place if you’re in South Haven.
Easy to work with, very thorough with safety and local laws. Had a great time!
My daughter and I rented a jet ski each before she headed back out to college. The owner explained the how to’s very well. I thought She went over safety very thoroughly. We had No issues and we had fun. It was a Gorgeous day. Wear sunblock! If there was to be a small complaint….it would be the rental cost. With tips it cost over $ 600.00 for just two of us to rent the jet skii’s. This could be prohibitive for the common worker. Again, we had fun. It was a good experience.
