Wonderful experience. Elek was a fantastic guide and super accommodating with smaller kids. I highly recommend this place and our guide.
We had a wonderful family excursion whitewater rafting here with Mike as our guide. We had two kids with us, and he never pushed us past their comfort level and didn't even give us a hard time when they wanted to depart early. I will say you should eat your Wheaties before going. Because it is a closed loop course, you go around and around and hit the rapids frequently and don't get a lot of breaks. It was very exciting and fun, but it was also a full body workout. Best kept secret in Deep Creek! What an amazing course and an awesome time! Totally recommend this experience as a must do in the summer and spring. Take a trip with a tour guide in a raft or do the course solo in your kayak.....Great fun, challenging, and super professional. Well worth the time, money, and effort.
