Worst experience I’ve had with any company, ever. They promised to call me back about a property we were interested in — a week later, still no word. When I called them, they acted like they had no idea who I was. Totally unprofessional and disorganised.
Our property viewing was over in less than five minutes. The agent didn’t answer our questions, kept checking their phone, and left us feeling like we were just a box to tick.
Couldn’t have worked with better people on our process of buying our dream home and selling our other home. Truly went above and beyond and communicated everything crystal clear throughout the entire process. Buy/selling a home is a difficult/stressful experience and Christy made everything so much easier! Only rated 5 stars because I couldn’t give 10 lol!
